Liam did the viewings, answering the questions correctly having done his research! Always providing feedback and updates in such a friendly but professional manner. We trusted him 100%, to try and sell our property and to leave it secure. After sales care was done by Bernadette Martin. Wow, is she good at her job!! Our leasehold property was complicated and there were a few sticking points. If it wasn't for Bernadette keeping me fully updated, I honestly believe the sale would have fallen through. She was excellent at being the go-between, obtaining outstanding items from the buyers solicitor and then feeding back to the buyers side with the progress. (Yes, this is the Solicitors job, but when she doesn't do it, you need a Bernadette). Bernadette you are a complete star, thank you. I have no negative feedback about Prospect Reading.
