The 5 stars review is for Vickie Cripps, the Property Manager. Her service is 10 out of 10 and make things so much easier for everyone. To be honest customer service in this country is not always great but she respects her job, and get the things done and keep us informed, which I think she really deserve a 5 star not only in her industry but also in this country. A big shout out and hope she can have a nice salary boost.
