I have been using Prospect to manage my flat for the past 4 years and have had consistently great service. In particular, my management team leader (Chloe Hoptroff) has been brilliant; alway approachable and quick to action my questions and requests. This has been particularly helpful due to my work commitments making active management of the flat more difficult. All in all, a great service and I have no reason to look elsewhere come renewal time.
