Had several viewings and almost took a tenancy with the help of Kurt Owen at Prospect. Kurt is extremely likable, honest, and professional and I found it a real pleasure to work with him. Ultimately, we decided not to take the property, however I will work with Kurt and Prospect again as we continue our search.
