Bernadette was very helpful and I have zero complaints (at all) about her. From beginning to end, she answered emails promptly and was easy to talk to in guiding me through the process as a FTB. However, when I initially went to view the house that I ended up buying, I was left outside in the rain for 1.5 hours as the EA was 'stuck in traffic'. Whilst that is fine, being told at 9:35am (after I had to call up) when the appointment was supposed to be at 9:30am is NOT fine. It was a Saturday morning, so it did seem like he had almost certainly slept in. Furthermore, with the exception of Bernadette, if you ever want a response from anyone at Prospect after about 11:30am on a Friday, you are not getting one. They seem to do 4.5 days of 'work' and then go to the pub on Friday afternoons (and then miss appointments on Saturday morning). Overall, I wouldn't recommend - go for one of the other EAs in Reading. I had better experiences with Haslams.
