I have two properties in Wokingham that have been fully managed on my behalf since 2013 by Prospect Estate Agency. The past couple of years my property manager has been Nikki Gardner who is very competent and professional. She does what it says on the tin, manages my properties on my behalf. Liaises between me and the tenant, can arrange for any work quotes required, arranges check in/check out at the end of tenancy's as well as the statutory safety checks and is my go to person should I have any issues or concerns. Highly recommended.
