HMO application and sourcing tenants

I have dealt with all the agents in reading and I have to say that Mr Sales and Lettings by far offer the most helpful and professional service Mohammed Raja set up a meeting with reading council and finalised the detailed planning around all the rules and regulations for which my property had to comply with. I called him on a Monday and he had the meeting on the following Monday. He turned around the paper work in less than 2 days and I was able to rent 6 rooms Straight away. He was professional enough to say that I was not obliged to go with his agency to source tenants and to my amazement did not even charge a fee for his consultancy!!! His main letting agent Ali Rahman managed to secure 6 tenants in 3/4 days all paying £6xx for a double room with no ensuite. He seems to be. A very driven hard working individual that knows his market and client base extremely well. Definately the best letting agent in Berkshire. Kosar the office manager has been instrumental in working with the council getting my HMO increased from 6 to 8+ rooms in a very efficient manner. Always on the ball and 2 steps ahead of the curve. I have has a few issues with washing machine , cooker etc and the maintence team led by Yasir have resolved these in a very quick and efficient manner and the costs have been trivial Having invested in property in Chelsea and Mayfair for which I do pay a premium for services and trust me it's not to the same standard as Mr Sales and Lettings I own 2 large properties in reading and I will definately be investing in more as I know I have property management company who can really meet and deliver my business needs Great work guys!!!!
