Having a poor experience with the Agency, anytime there is a problem they never take it seriously to communicate properly with all the parties involved, they won’t have live updates from the vendors they are working with, if they have an update from the owner or the vendor they won’t communicate to the tenant unless the tenant follows up. Once I had an electricity problem and they blamed me that I have caused the damaged and asked me to pay the bill, when I asked for proof of damage they didn’t reply at all. I have an open issue of refrigerator not working for a month and I I get to hear from them is false information, the email from them says that the new fridge would be delivered on Monday, its Wednesday today and there has been no delivery. No one has even bothered to tell me about what happened to that delivery. Since yesterday I have electricity issue which is an emergency and I told the agency that the electrician can visit the property in my absence but they didn’t inform/coordinated with the electrician and because of this I don’t have electricity in the entire property for 24 hours now. WORST AGENCY EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY WITH THEM EVER!!
