I have found Charlie Rapson to be extremely helpful, understanding and easy to communicate with. I would certainly give you a very high score. Haslams as a letting company have been professional and attentive, and whilst there was a small disagreement regarding the initial inventory, this was rectified quickly and satisfactorily.
