I've had some frustrating and unpleasant experiences with lettings agents in the past, and so when it came time to move house I was prepared for the worst. Haslams has been a breath of fresh air - they've made the whole process so simple and relaxed for my partner and I, and have always been quick to reply to emails or calls and answer any questions.
