Our experience with Haslams has been fantastic from start to finish. Max Goldberg was incredibly welcoming and professional when we conducted our first viewing of the property. He patiently answered our (many) questions and phoned the office to report issues that we had spotted and get further information where necessary. He even re-arranged his later viewings when it was evident we were going to over-run with our viewing - we didn't feel at all rushed and he was very accommodating. He then arranged a second viewing for us and George exhibited the same levels of professionalism and liaised effectively with the office when we expressed an interest in renting the property. Finally, Amy Bentley has handled the negotiations with the property with professionalism and alacrity. She has made our case to the landlord and negotiated the contract with them. She was communicative throughout the process and provided us with all the information we needed. She was constantly available, either by phone or email and quick to respond to our queries.
