I have been a tenant with Haslams for 3 years now and have had a consistently good experience. Unlike other agencies they are quite straight with you and you'd never incur any hidden costs. In addition you absolutely get what you pay for. They regularly check the condition of my flat and provide helpful advise on upkeep. Best of all is that the response time for incidents I've had (2 incidents during the 3 years) is almost instantaneous, mostly thanks to my client manager, Donna Turner. Great service!
