Haslams is a terrible agent, and in fact the worst agent that I have ever met in my life. The staff never do anything to help their clients. DO NOT CHOOSE HASLAMS AS YOUR AGENT. As a new tenant, I discovered a lot of problems in my apartment. I tried to ask Haslams to help me fIx them, but the staff were totally unhelpful and lazy. They either ignored my emails, or simply told me that "we are working on it" but of course they never fixed anything afterwards. Even though I kept calling them and chasing them, their answers are still the same: "we are working on it", "we are contacting the landlord", etc, and then the staff disappeared again. We were just abandoned.
