We have been using Haslams these past four years to manage a few of our properties. Max has been our main contact and he has always been extremely helpful. When it comes to the day to day management of the properties we had our ups and downs but a lady called Joanne has taken over our coverage this last year and she has been very consistent and attentive.As a landlord the final responsibility lies with you so 'managing the managers' is part of the job description. We feel that Haslams on balance have been taking good care of our properties/ interests which is why we are happy to continue using them and recommending them to other landlords. The quiet enjoyment of our tenants is very important to us which is why we make sure they always have our contact details and can get in touch directly should they feel the need to.
