Shannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off. Now we’re back to feeling like the reasonable people normally are; we appreciate her calming manor even more. Thank you Shannon thank you so much x
