It was no surprise that you had multiple offers and a swift completion. It was lovely of you to refer us to your friend Hava, whom we were also pleased to be able to assist. There is nothing better than a positive referral, from a friend. The damp was initially a challenge, but with the right skills, knowledge and attention, it was relatively easy fix.
