We have been with Ryder & Dutton in Rawtenstall for approximately 4 years on the full management service, since the company took over Ely long. We have been impressed with the effort that Racheal and Sarah have put in to looking after us and our property in our absence. This includes disputes with neighbours, tenant issues and health and safety issues to name a but a few. Any time we have needed contact with them they have been readily available to talk to with any queries. They are incredibly helpful and polite and have been punctual in action if any work that was required on our property. we are very happy with the service provided, which gives us with peace of mind.
