Absolutely top marks to Ella Austin at the Ryder & Dutton at Rawtenstall branch for being a complete star throughout all the processes of my house sale. She handled all the viewings, was an excellent negotiator, and responded quickly to emails and calls. She has just the right blend of professional and friendly, and was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. It has been tough for all during this pandemic and causing alot of delays but Ella had alot of patience helping myself and the vendor to go through a smooth process. When ever Ella has been off the rest of the team were very helpful too so I would like to say a massive thanks to them too. And I carnt recommend Ella highly enough.
