Nick, Thank you for your honest and amazing feedback and for putting the property in our hands and trusting us. We are so pleased that we managed to make up for the experience you had with your previous estate agent and really appreciate you taking the time to express how you feel the service has been. It was lovely to be able to put faces to names and get to meet you with you living out of the area. Although there was a lot to clear in the house, it did mean that we got to meet you before the sale completed.
