We have recently completed on the sale of our home. We previously bought the house through Ryder & Dutton and, because of the service we received last time (also from Shannon), we decided to use them again. Graham did the initial visit and valuation. When we had agreed on the terms, Shannon took over. From day one the service was great and Shannon remembered us from the purchase (3 years before). When we found our new home (early in April) our aim was to try and best the stamp duty deadline of June 30th. This was ambitious but Shannon helped us every step of the way. Keeping in regular communication with all parts of the chain, printing documents for us and was always quick to respond to queries. Hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon but, for anyone looking to sell, I’d recommend the Rawtenstall branch of Ryder & Dutton and specifically Shannon. Hi Tom & Sophie, Firstly I would like to thank you for coming back to us to sell your property. It really does mean a lot to have dealt with the purchase for yourselves 3 years ago (how time has flown by!) and then to go on to assist you with the sale. The fact that you have come back to us gives me such satisfaction that you were happy with your experience the first time round and to then come back a second. I would be more than happy to go for a third round but I guess I haven’t had to move a whole house as well as manage the dog. I wish you both well and hope that you have settled in to your new home.
