Ryder & Dutton have been what I can only describe as the perfect estate agents. From the moment that Graham came round to value the house I felt happy that they were the estate agents that I was going to use. I have had dealings with a few staff over the last few months, Shannon has been fabulous whenever I have had cause to speak to her. However I have to say that Jack Banks who has been my agent throughout the process and been absolutely brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble for Jack and always has a smile on his face and a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. Selling a house is a stressful time but not when dealing with Jack, I cannot tell you how he made the whole process stress free and an easy time for me. Jack has gone above and beyond what I would say was expected of an agent, I cannot thank him enough.
