Members of Miles and Barr staff provided an excellent service with the sale of our flat. From the first initial contact to the completion of the sale everyone involved gave us their full support. We had a buyer within a week of being on the market and achieved the full asking price. I found everyone at Miles & Barr really great to deal with. Felt really supported through my sale despite some difficulties with slow solicitors. Definitely would use them if I decided to sell or rent my new place later down the line. Only one minor negative - their listings have 360 virtual walkthroughs of properties but not 2D floor plan. It would be much better to have both as sometimes you just want to look at a standard floorplan rather than the walkthrough.
