Louise Daly was my point of contact for the sale. I can't thank her enough for her continuing support, strength and always being there. There were really low periods during the 7-month sale where I was ready to pull out. Louise saw me through this and I've finally exchanged. I have been able to phone, email, and chat with her knowing she was there for me. I have not enjoyed the selling experience, Louise is the one person I will genuinely miss chatting to.
