We took advantage of the "Market Ready" option so that all the agreed details and marketing information was done in advance as we weren't ready to actually start the selling process. The marketing brochure and website details were second to none and the 360 degree video is brilliant. We received an acceptable offer within a week so very pleased. From then on we had a project manager / Liaison Agent who smoothed the way through for us with other solicitors and estate agents. That appointment was crucial for us and saved us so much time ourselves in what always is an unknown and stressful process. We had great confidence in her. Now sold and we're about to move.
