Avoid at all costs

The worst thing they did was allowed a workman into my flat while I was away without telling me. He then stole some of my stuff. They are refusing to co-operate with helping me get my stuff back and have just sent an email saying sorry. Thats on top of them being extremely unhelpful through the tenancy when it came to issues with the gas metre. Terrible communication. Now they are trying to keep part of my deposit despite breaking the law by allowing someone in.
