My wife and I used RMJ to sell my mother in law's house. Before agreeing to use them they researched the local market and gave good advise as to the selling price. The documentation they produced, including the property detail folder, was excellent and displayed the property very well. RMJ were very proactive in publicising the property, showing viewers around and handling any enquiries. We had a large number of viewings before finally getting a buyer so were very satisfied with their work. They were also very quick to answer any questions or e-mails both during the process and once a sale was agreed. RMJ have progressed the sale as quickly as the legal process allows.
