RMJ, sold the house in under a week, for the full asking price. As I don't live in england they managed all aspects of the sale, with weekly checks on the empty house, clearing junk mail and organising the upkeep of the garden so it didn't look abandoned. They liaised with the buyer who was also out of the country, so all in all they earned their fee. Thanks for making the process as easy as it was.
