Robinson Jackson were excellent and completed several viewings within a tight period to avoid disruptions for my existing tenant. Communication was excellent and they were proactive and responded almost immediately to most of my questions. I'm using a fully managed service so time will tell on that part of the business (so after the tenant has moved in) but so far I've been impressed. Also to mention, the first tenant they found fell through but due to their proactiveness, they were able to flush out the issues with this tenant. They then found a new tenant within a few days that passed all reference checks. The onboarding system is very smooth and the most professional I've seen from the many agents I have worked with.
