Ellie on viewing day, was so knowledgeable on the property, but was not just a job for her, she made us feel so relaxed, and every step of the way, she would let us know the previous issues had were resolved went above and beyond with those details, that helped so much. On referencing and the checks, Stacey has been such a pleasure, a million questions, and she always answers with the same emotion.
