I am neither a tenant nor a landlord using Robinson Michael & Jackson, but I had a problem regarding a misdirected electricity bill from Scottish Power which became nasty with debt collection agency demands etc. Robertson Michael and Jackson was the addressee. I spoke to Kelly in the Lettings Office, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke to both Scottish Power and the debt collection agency, and has managed (I hope ) to get this resolved. The time and effort she put into this was well beyond the call of duty for which I am most impressed, and indeed very grateful.
