We had excellent, personal service from Lee and the whole team at RMJ Rainham, from start to finish in selling my mother's property. The property sale was prompted by a bereavement and the subsequent need to relocate my mother to be nearer her family. The sensitivities around this and all the visits by prosepective buyers were handled extremely well and with great understanding. Throughout the period of viewings we were kept fully informed and involved in discussions around market conditions and the likely realistic selling price. Although the market generally was quite quiet for this type of property a steady stream of interested parties were found and eventually a high quality buyer who we were happy to go with. The final twist in the tail was the lockdown because of the COVID 19 crisis, which delayed the exchange and completion process; this was also handled very well allowing us to make sensible arrangements with the buyers to enable a successful completion to take place, for which we were very grateful. We would have no hesitation in throughly recommending RMJ.
