A normal but professional valuation from a knowledgeable agent who knew the area and the property market. After signing up the viewings were completed on time and with a reasonable knowledge of the home and it’s potential I think once an offer was accepted the agents kicked up a notch keeping me up to date due the access with all the other people in our chain. Call backs were immediate and helpful I would recommend the agent moving forward
