From start to finish it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with Lee, Shane and the rest of the team at RMJ Rainham. Lee was professional yet friendly at our initial viewing and was honest but enthusiastic about our home. At each step we felt we were in control and supported with our decisions. Unlike other agents we had had come to value the house, Lee didn't discourage us when we wanted to test the market at a little higher than he had valued and we felt he would push even harder to make that figure happen. Time was taken to ensure everything was in place prior to us going onto the live market, from the best photographs on the worst weathered day to accurate floor plans and an in depth idea of the improvements made to the property. When we did go onto the market we were flooded with confirmed viewings from buyers ready to buy. Within 5 days we were sold at our asking price!! Amazing!! We had a bumpy road with our onward purchase but the team were always available for advice and help. Lee literally was a shoulder to cry on and Shane kept us regularly updated with everything just for added reassurance. All in all RMJ were the one aspect of moving we didn't worry about and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone. You pay a smidge more in fees compared to others, but you more than get your moneys worth!!
