I have recently sold my house through RMJ and I cannot recommend them enough. I have used other estate agents in the past and they do not even come close to the level of service you receive from RMJ. We found a house that we really loved before we placed our own house on the market and we therefore worried about how quickly we could sell to be in a position to offer to get our dream home. RMJ without delay came round to the house and produced some amazing photographs and a brilliant video tour which we were so impressed with. All our family and friends commented on the quality of the video which was uploaded so quickly online which highlights the modern, sophisticated and fantastic sale techniques that RMJ have. We instantly got viewings in high numbers with multiple offers being received. RMJ always kept us informed and never put any pressure on us. During the whole sale you were left reassured that you was with an estate agent that was doing their best and who you could 100% trust. Whenever we attended the RMJ office or spoke on the phone we were fully informed of what was happening, updated regularly and never kept guessing, having previously had this frustration with other estate agents. Once the sale was going through for our dream home which was through an online agency the communication with this online company was practically non existent but Charley at RMJ managed the whole chain through to completion. Charley made sure everything was on track, she stayed in regular contact with solicitors on all sides. Charley was an absolute star, without her and RMJ we would not have had clue of what was going on and wouldn’t be where we are today.
