Well it was 8 weeks and 1 day from the moment the first meeting our estate agent and the completion! Everything happened according to plan. We were kept informed and didn’t have to chase or lift a finger. One days bookings of viewers and offers from that day. We ended up going with the buyer we liked the sound of the most and as we have loved the property so much we wanted someone who would appreciate it as much as we did. There is nothing negative or constructive that I can add as everything was dealt with so professionally in a genuine caring and considerate way.
