I first encountered Robinson, Michael, Jackson when viewing a property they were selling. This didn't quite work out and we ended up purchasing a buy to let via another Estate Agent. Throughout what felt was an eternity, the Rainham Branch kept in touch during this time just to check in and see how the purchase was going. I'm sure we ended up speaking with everyone on the team who were always lovely. When the sale eventually completed, Kelly visited, provided us with some figures for the let and off we went. Every time we rang the branch to speak with the team about it, whether it be Ellie, Libby, Nikki or Kelly that we spoke too, they all knew the relevant information or update on our let with Stacey sorting the final completion. I can honestly say that they made this whole process so much easier and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in our situation. Great team.
