I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole RMJ team at Rainham but especially to Learna, and obviously Nina. Learna was the first person to show us around our home several times, ensuring we had a good amount of time to soak it in and was friendly, professional and overall just really lovely every time we saw her. Nina has been organised, friendly and persistent and kept us informed every step of the way as well as chasing the solicitors where necessary to ensure we had a speedy purchase. The team are only ever a phone call away and were always happy to answer any questions we had, and came back to us in a timely manner if they needed to collect more information to answer our question. As and when the time comes, we will definitely be returning to RMJ. I cannot thank you all enough! You’ve made our process of purchasing our first home a memorable one for all the right reasons.
