When I decided to sell my home, I looked at all the local estate agents in the area and settled on three to complete a valuation of my property. Ryan came to visit me and provided an exceptionally well prepared presentation of RMJ together with providing his opinion on how my property would do on the open market. He brought details of similar properties to mine with him and was able to speak about how they performed to give me an insight of what to expect. On the day my home went on the market, I received a call from Izabela, offering me my first viewing. She was very upbeat and positive which I was very pleased about (how someone has that level of energy at 8:30am I will never know). The viewing turned into an offer on the same day and Izabela was great at communicating between the buyers and myself. Always positive and friendly. My file was then transferred to the sales progressor Nina who I was told was like a bull dog when it came to pushing the sales process forward. Nina called me, introduced herself and came up with a plan for the weeks ahead. She explained the process well and made it clear to me that she was there to support and do what she could to help in any way she could. The process turned into anything but a smooth ride with many delays caused my mortgages and solicitors. Nina was great at keeping communications flowing and keeping everyone on track. I received many updates by either phone or email, even if to say “no updates” which I appreciated. After waiting for many weeks, it was becoming clear to me that the sale was just not going to get to the exchange of contracts. I had a tight deadline to meet and it was just not going to happen. Nina could tell my frustration but remained motivated throughout the entire process. I was tired, worn out and stressed, and for me, it was obvious the sale would not progress any further and I needed to re-look at my options. This meant missing my deadline and causing me all sorts of upset and dramas. Nina listened to my frustrations, emphasised but would always come up with something we could try. I felt Nina always had just one last trick up her sleeve that I hadn’t thought of. At the 11th hour, it was decided the sale wouldn’t progress any further but Nina was still motivated, full of energy and remained positive. She worked tirelessly to work out ways around certain obstacles that were in our way. I was fed up and very disheartened. Suddenly, before we knew it, we had exchanged contracts the following day. This was down to Nina’s hard work and dedication to supporting me. We couldn’t believe it. Not only did Nina have to drag herself across the finish line after weeks and weeks of delays, she also had to drag me too as I had lost all hope and energy. Nina was always positive and highly motivated which kept me going. She never gave up once. If it wasn’t for Nina’s persistence, there is no way we would have reached exchange of contracts. She was truly amazing . I felt Nina was always there if I needed her and that she had a genuine desire to help and support the process. This didn’t seem like ‘just another sale’. Nina really cares about reaching the best possible outcome. I would recommend RMJ as a good choice for an agent if you are thinking of either buying or selling. Open communications and friendly staff who all knew me by name as soon as I said “Hello”. I cannot thanks Nina enough for her determination, high energy levels and her motivation.
