Really excellent and rapid service in finding a tenant at the right price. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. The "Open House" number of viewings exceeded our expectations as did the number of offers received. The pace of events was hectic and sometimes it was difficult to keep track of who wanted what information. The Portal gave us some problems and it would have been better to have have had a "tutorial" if this could be possible. Also, we would prefer to see one-off and recurring fees to be shown separately for the sake of clarity. Full marks also for putting us in touch with EcoPro who cleared our house contents swiftly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Would we use Robinson Michael & Jackson again? Most definitely!
