There was no doubt that I was staggered at how quickly they got it sold, they were also quick to get the photos done, make it live on Right Move & also be available for any enquiries that I had. They are extremely professional, fair in price with their fees & they took the stress out of it all for me, by having the experience, expertise & dealing with everything in my behalf. To make it as stress free as positive. They actually managed to turn it into a positive experience for me, when im a natural born worrier, they were at hand to offer advice. Extremely pleased with the service, I would not recommend any other estate agent to use than this one, they are trust worthy, honest, professional & friendly. Ryan the sales negotiator has been the person who did my photos, helped me with enquiries. He is great, he has knowledge, experience, he is friendly & has a cant do enough attitude.

Ryan at RMJ was very well prepared for our valuation, with a pack of data, professional and non judgmental . Our house was priced at a high but fair price. We also bought a new house from RMJ thanks to Emma and Lee who supported us with it. Finally to wrap things up Charley was always on hand. And Isabella the most cheerful to congratulate us on our move!

We were buying through RM&J and the help and communication they gave us was second to none. Especially Charley, she was fantastic and went over and above to ensure the chain kept moving and also was fantastic at steadying a few nerves as the process neared exchange! House moving will never be stress free, but communication is key and we were never kept waiting and all calls were returned as promised.

Throughout what felt was an eternity, the Rainham Branch kept in touch during this time just to check in and see how the purchase was going.
