We had an amazing time with RMJ from start to finish, the team Ryan, Jo, Isabel were very professional, helpful and polite there was never a question they could not answer and even though I phoned so many times they were patient. With regards to Nina who was a delight to work with, she was extremely helpful and although it was frustrating dealing with queries etc., she was able to alleviate my fears and kept us positive. The end of the transaction was very fraught but again Nina was such a professional she was on the case and we now have exchanged and completed. All in all it was a very pleasant experience but also stressful. We would recommend RMJ wholeheartedly. In one word glorious. This is the second time we've rented with RMJ and they didn't disappoint. Libby did a wonderful job and was quick with communication and more than helpful with everything. We were let down (by landlords) on the first 2 houses. They were sympathetic with our frustration and remembered everything we needed. Shortly after a phone call to check in about a third property Ellie suggested something new if we wanted a look round before it officially went on the market. It ticked all the boxes and had a wonderful atmosphere. Ellie booked us in for a viewing that day! And within an hour had a call back to say it was full steam ahead and we were on the road to getting our beautiful home. In summary Libby and Ellie were friendly, positive and went above and beyond to help. Communication was quick and reassuring and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else if we have to rent (or buy!) again.
