Really excellent and rapid service in finding a tenant at the right price. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. The "Open House" number of viewings exceeded our expectations as did the number of offers received. The pace of events was hectic and sometimes it was difficult to keep track of who wanted what information. The Portal gave us some problems and it would have been better to have have had a "tutorial" if this could be possible. Also, we would prefer to see one-off and recurring fees to be shown separately for the sake of clarity. Full marks also for putting us in touch with EcoPro who cleared our house contents swiftly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Would we use Robinson Michael & Jackson again? Most definitely! In one word glorious. This is the second time we've rented with RMJ and they didn't disappoint. Libby did a wonderful job and was quick with communication and more than helpful with everything. We were let down (by landlords) on the first 2 houses. They were sympathetic with our frustration and remembered everything we needed. Shortly after a phone call to check in about a third property Ellie suggested something new if we wanted a look round before it officially went on the market. It ticked all the boxes and had a wonderful atmosphere. Ellie booked us in for a viewing that day! And within an hour had a call back to say it was full steam ahead and we were on the road to getting our beautiful home. In summary Libby and Ellie were friendly, positive and went above and beyond to help. Communication was quick and reassuring and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else if we have to rent (or buy!) again. Thankyou Ladies you've made me and hubby very happy!
