Whenever we have spoken, or emailed, she is always friendly, honest, and patient with me. Always available, helping me to understand the terms and solving any problems to the property promptly. Izabela is just amazing. Her positive energy and encouraging spirit has been so wonderful to witness. She has been so helpful with finding properties that suit me and my situation and I have found her to be nothing but thorough. After not having any luck renting out my property with one local estate agent, I brought on Robinson Jackson who rented it more or less straight away. I’m very pleased with the service they have provided, all the team have been great. They have done everything I’ve asked & actually things they could have said no too but was happy to do. Really excellent and rapid service in finding a tenant at the right price. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. The "Open House" number of viewings exceeded our expectations as did the number of offers received. The pace of events was hectic and sometimes it was difficult to keep track of who wanted what information. The Portal gave us some problems and it would have been better to have have had a "tutorial" if this could be possible. Also, we would prefer to see one-off and recurring fees to be shown separately for the sake of clarity. Full marks also for putting us in touch with EcoPro who cleared our house contents swiftly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Would we use Robinson Michael & Jackson again? Most definitely!
