Ellie, Kelly, Nikki and Stacy - Top class. I had less than a month to find a new tenant and went through a dual listing process so put the property on with them and one other agent. Robinson Jackson were excellent and completed several viewings within a tight period to avoid disruptions for my existing tenant. Communication was excellent and they were proactive and responded almost immediately to most of my questions. I'm using a fully managed service so time will tell on that part of the business (so after the tenant has moved in) but so far I've been impressed. Also to mention, the first tenant they found fell through but due to their proactiveness, they were able to flush out the issues with this tenant. They then found a new tenant within a few days that passed all reference checks. The onboarding system is very smooth and the most professional I've seen from the many agents I have worked with. Thanks again team. Ellie was fantastic and I would add that whenever I spoke with any of the team, they were all knowledageable on my property which means there communication internally is also excellent.

Sold my house through Robinson, Michael and Jackson Rainham branch. Nina Nash was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond her role to help me secure my new home and with so many hurdles we had along the way Nina always solved them quickly and stress free. Highly recommend using them for selling properties.
