We were up to the wire on the Stamp Duty holiday deadline, but due to RMJs efforts in conjunction with there recommended legal team at Simply, the sales and purchase completed on time. Initial Sales particulars on our properties were very professional, good photography and descriptions for our properties. Seem to have lots of keen buyers on their books.
