I recently bought my house through the Rainham branch of RMJ. The service we received was utterly superb! RMJ and in particular Charlie at the Branch were really on the ball, proactive, and no question was too small. Communication throughout was exceptional.They were always polite and helpful, and while we had a difficult sale and purchase for other reasons, Charlie was always available and helped us chase solictiors and get things done. She stood by us all the way. 5 Star all the way!!!

Lee Franklin and his team at RM&J in Rainham were professional and proactive both in marketing our house and then following up and chasing throughout the conveyancing process. Our sales negotiator, Charlie Ditch, offered sound advice both in pricing our house and on our offer for the new one, and Lee & colleague Charley Germaney maintained contact with all others involved in the deal and helped drive the process forward. Although everyone always thinks about estate agents selling the property, it became clear how important it is to work with one who does the background work thoroughly; both qualifying potential buyers properly before introducing them (especially in current COVID times when you only want people who are serious and realistic buyers in your home) and following up throughout the legal process once offers have been accepted. RM&J did all of this well, and kept us up-to-date with progress. From first putting our house on the market to moving took a little under 4 months, which - although we had a few moments on the way! - is pretty good for a property chain in England. We're pleased to be in our new house and would like to thank RM&J Rainham for their help in achieving that.
