If only all other companies involved did it as well as them

We had originally thought of using a local company with a High Street presence but were amazed at the poor performance when we looked at other properties they were arranging the viewings on. The apparent lack of interest the staff showed with little or no salesmanship does not justify the fees they charge. Then we looked at a property House Network was marketing, and although we didn't offer on it, we realised this company knew how to sell. There whole approach is top notch. They came out and reviewed the packages available to us in an easy manner that was friendly and approachable. We weren't pushed into signing anything on the spot and were given the opportunity to make our own minds up and decide on a package and time frame that worked for us.. All the photos taken were great and really showed off the property well, with a brilliant understanding of using the correct lighting levels and angles. The floor-plan detailed the layout perfectly. Once they had been done, we were ready to go on the market within days. Dont be phased by paying the fees up front. They work harder than any estate agent we have dealt with ever in the last 20 years and 6 moves. They are very fair costs and you can decide on various options to suit. House Network confirmed viewing days with us and worked to fill the hours we gave them. The best thing I found after that was they chased everybody that booked a viewing to provide feedback, with leading questions so we could change our marketing approach if we needed. After our sale was confirmed, they kept chasing to ensure the deal completed. We really do wish they had been dealing with the house we bought as well, because it would have been so much easier. One final comment, if the solicitor / conveyancing aspect of house purchase could be turned on its head like they have done with the marketing, life would be a lot less stressful.
