I was given my own agent to deal with the sale of my property who was always very helpful. If my agent was away from the office my personal information page on the website was updated with an alterative contact person and their contact details. My details were always upto date on the system so anyone could help with any queries I had brilliant service which I have no hesitation in recommending in fact I already have to several people.
