Housenetwork - Excellent service throughout

We were extremely happy with Housenetwork, they provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our property. From the time of valuation to being marketed on Rightmove, along with 40 super photos, was less than 36 hours. We were allocated a personal negotiator who was extremely efficient and professional. We accepted an offer within two days of marketing after 12 viewings over two days but unfortunately after a few weeks the buyer pulled out. Housenetwork were straight onto it. We had another 15 viewings over three days and accepted an offer after guidance by our personal negotiator. The sale went through to completion. We liked doing the viewings ourselves as this gives viewers more availability for evening and weekend viewings. Also, we knew the property better than anyone to provide answers to the viewers questions. They have an excellent system for feedback after viewings and always kept us updated throughout the sale of our property with a high level of communication. The staff are very friendly, approachable and very efficient. We would definitely recommend Housenetwork and would use them again.
