I was a bit sceptical to try an online estate agent, but I’m glad I did as they saved me thousands in extra and needless fees. I was going to use a main high street estate agent, but after looking at the contract that they tried to get me to sign I thought there’s no way I’m going to sign that, so I looked online for alternatives. Housenetwork offered a good package and after looking online at reviews I decided to try them. No sole selling rights contracts to sign, I just paid upfront fees then didn’t have to pay any commission on completion of the sale. They advertised my house on the big portals and had a great response straight away. My house sold over the asking price within 5 days of it going live. They were great from start to finish and will defiantly use them again.
