Will save you thousands

I have used HouseNetwork a couple of times before and they seem to be getting even better! If I'm honest I am not a fan of Estate Agents they generally come round try and blag you, take a few pictures and charge you thousands of pounds for the privilege with doing very little. A conventional estate agent would of cost me at least £3100 to sell my house. With the loyal customer discount I paid just over £500 with HouseNetwork. In my opinion I received a better service and so did my perspective buyers (HouseNetwork have longer opening hours than a conventional Estate Agent and you can always get hold of someone quickly). The photos, floor plans and virtual walk throughs are better than conventional estate agents. If you're comfortable and available to do your own viewings then HouseNetwork is for you.
